Management and Maintenance

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Allora Phoenix experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

At Allora Phoenix, we have on-site maintenance ready to assist Monday through Friday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding on weekends or after hours! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.
 

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Phoenix! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our leasing office to submit your request for you!

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line or contact a locksmith if necessary.

Yes! Allora Phoenix provides several open parking areas throughout the community, offering convenient and easily accessible options to make your daily routine simpler and more comfortable.
 

Allora Phoenix offers thoughtfully designed amenities to enhance your lifestyle, including a sparkling swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the Phoenix sun. Residents also have access to a propane grill for outdoor gatherings. We have Amazon lockers to help keep your packages secure. We also have designated workout paths located throughout the community for fitness and leisure.

Yes. Allora Phoenix is a pet-friendly community, and we love our furry friends. We welcome pets and are proud to offer a comfortable, inviting environment where both residents and their pets can feel at home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!

Appliance offerings vary depending on the floor plan. All Allora Phoenix apartments include a gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Select units also feature microwaves, washers, and dryers for added convenience. Find out more by visiting our amenities page!
 

Our Phoenix apartments are unfurnished, meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

At Allora Phoenix, we strive to make your life easier and more convenient. While we ask that you allow up to 48 hours for the application process, we often complete approvals the same day!

We have several options to make your life more convenient. Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. If you prefer to pay a different way, our leasing team will also accept rent payments in the form of personal checks or certified funds. We also partner with FLEX to provide flexible rent payment options. FLEX allows you to split your rent into smaller, manageable payments, giving you more control and convenience when it comes to budgeting your monthly expenses. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.
 

No. Allora Phoenix does not require residents to carry renters insurance. While optional, renters insurance can still provide added protection for your personal belongings and peace of mind.

All Allora Phoenix units come COX-ready, with modems pre-installed for your convenience. This setup makes it easy to get connected quickly and enjoy reliable internet service from day one.

At Allora Phoenix, we understand that life can change. Early lease termination may be possible with advance notice and could include fees or other obligations as outlined in your lease. Please contact our leasing office to discuss your specific circumstances and review your options.

We want your life at Allora Phoenix to be as easy as possible! All utilities are set up for our residents by the property staff. Residents will receive a monthly bill, to be paid along with the rent each month, from YES energy.
 

After 60 days in your unit, you will receive a detailed breakdown of all billed utilities such as gas, water, sewer, trash, pest control, and electricity. These costs are then allocated based on the number of occupants and the square footage of your unit, and added to your rent. This allows you to conveniently pay all charges in a single monthly payment.
 

Location

Yes. Allora Phoenix is conveniently located near several forms of public transportation, including the light rail and multiple bus stops within walking distance, making it easy to get around the city. We also have open parking making it easy for Uber and Lyft to be an option as well.

Allora Phoenix is located within the Washington Elementary School District for elementary and middle school attendance and the Glendale Union High School District for high school students. Nearby public schools serving the community include Orangewood Elementary School and Washington High School, providing convenient access to local education options for residents and their families.
 

Allora Phoenix Apartments is conveniently located in Phoenix, AZ, with easy access from major roads and highways. Whether you’re coming from downtown Phoenix or the surrounding areas, simply take I-17 to reach the community. Clear signage and ample parking make arriving at Allora Phoenix simple and stress-free.

Allora Phoenix is surrounded by a variety of popular shopping destinations, offering plenty of options for retail, dining, and entertainment just a short drive away. Nearby major shopping centers include Desert Sky Mall, Desert Ridge Marketplace, and Tanger Outlets Phoenix. Additional well-known retail destinations in the region include Biltmore Fashion Park, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Shops at Norterra, and Happy Valley Towne Center, all within easy reach for shopping, dining, and lifestyle needs.

When reviewing an application to rent at Allora Phoenix, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 2.5 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 5 times (gross market rent).

Past rental qualification is at least 36 months of verifiable 3rd party or mortgage payment history.

Our property uses RentGrow to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past pay stubs, to validate income. 
 

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

All are welcome to come take a tour! Call our property staff to arrange the best time, so there is no wait and enough time to answer any questions you have about your new home!

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these luxurious apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.
 

We currently do not offer self-guided in person tours; however, you do offer self guided virtual tours.

Of course! When you schedule a self-guided tour, you can set your own pace and even choose to skip seeing amenities, going straight to the apartment if you need. 

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour.

Allora Phoenix offers both unrenovated and renovated units, ready to provide your next new home! We make sure everything is cleaned and serviced so when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Allora Phoenix features a solid brick structure, which helps reduce unwanted noise and provides a quieter, more comfortable living environment for residents. This design enhances privacy and makes your home a peaceful retreat in the heart of Phoenix.

We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask that upon move-out that the unit be returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.  
 

At Allora Phoenix, the only required monthly fees are Property Damage Liability Insurance and a small Common Area Fee. These fees help protect your home and maintain the community amenities, keeping your living experience convenient and worry-free.

Allora Phoenix does not allow unattended guests or listing apartment homes for booking on Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
 

To make sure Allora Phoenix is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community's quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We unfortunately do not rent out our amenity spaces at this time. 

The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your prorated rent, security deposit, pet rent and pet deposit/fee if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please contact our leasing office!
